Rebecca did an amazing job fixing liquid damage on my macbook pro at the shop. She was so great and personable to work with, called and explained where things were at and the best options for my repairs, highly recommend bringing any computer troubles into her, she knows what's up. Definitely recommend trying here before Apple or anywhere else, regardless of the device or warranty you have — they are on top of it here.

A level of customer service rarely found in this day and age. Not only was my computer issue diagnosed, it was quickly resolved. I know it might be a rare occurrence, but all while I waited.
