Our Hourly Repair Rate is $60/hr however our common repairs are billed a flat rate that usually averages to a lower per hour rate.

A level of customer service rarely found in this day and age. Not only was my computer issue diagnosed, it was quickly resolved. I know it might be a rare occurrence, but all while I waited. I want to add; My Technician, (Rebeca, I believe is her name) was friendly, and seemed to have a genuine passion for helping people and their computer machines. Had an iPhone 6 screen that needed to be replaced and needed it as quick as possible. I tried calling a bunch of other places and either they all wanted me to wait for hours, even a day, or they all charged way too much. Long story short, I took my phone to Boulder Mac Repair, they got it done in less than 30 minutes, and charged me a fraction of what the other stores were quoting. Charles did a great job with the repair and while I was waiting.
