A level of customer service rarely found in this day and age. Not only was my computer issue diagnosed, it was quickly resolved. I know it might be a rare occurrence, but all while I waited. I want to add; My Technician, (Rebeca, I believe is her name) was friendly, and seemed to have a genuine passion for helping people and their computer machines. This is my third time using Boulder Mac Repair and I have yet to be disappointed. The customer service is excellent. I had a cracked iPhone screen and concern about water damage.
