Sold Apple Devices

A level of customer service rarely found in this day and age. Not only was my computer issue diagnosed, it was quickly resolved. I know it might be a rare occurrence, but all while I waited. I want to add; My Technician, (Rebeca, I believe is her name) was friendly, and seemed to have a genuine passion for helping people and their computer machines. I was left astonished, and would highly recommend Boulder Mac Repair.

She was so great and personable to work with, called and explained where things were at and the best options for my repairs, highly recommend bringing any computer troubles into her, she knows what's up. This is my third time using Boulder Mac Repair and I have yet to be disappointed. The customer service is excellent. I had a cracked iPhone screen and concern about water damage.
